Registration -
If you are reserving the 4 night or 3 night package, registration is included. Banquet only is $68 per person, includes Registration fee. Registration only is $25 per person, does not included room or meals. Please include a sheet of paper with everyone's name, city, state & zip code, and relationship to you that you are registering! If you want a badge for someone, we ask that you pay the registration fee. Thank you.

Cancellation Fee -
a $25 fee will be deducted from any refunds due you AFTER the reunion. Refunds CANNOT be made during the reunion. Tours are not refundable. "No Shows" will be charged at least the first night plus registration fees. You must inform PT Boats, Inc. - NOT the hotel if you cancel. Meals are ONLY refundable if you cancel before May 28, 2007. The hotel charges early checkout fee of $50 except for emergencies. Please initial that you have read and understand these terms.

Awards Banquet Only -
Saturday, June 28, 2008 at 6:00 pm. $68.00 per person ( before March 15, 2008, when price increases to $72.00) and includes wine reception. NO HOTEL ROOM. You must pay a registration fee in addition to reserving your Banquet tickets. See Registration block above. Include a separate sheet with each person's name, city, state, zip, and relationship to you that you are purchasing Banquet tickets.

Optional Tours - not included in any package:
EARLY BIRD TOUR, Thursday, 6/26/08. Niagara Falls, Cave of the Winds, "Maid of the Mist" boat ride, a truly thrilling excursion that goes quite close to the falls. Included is a visit to the Niagara Power Vista. The falls claim to be the oldest North American attraction; millions have enjoyed the boat tours since 1846. You will NOT need a passport as the tour will not cross the border into Canada. Approximately 4-5 hours. Departs hotel 10:30am, board coaches at 10:15am. If there's any question you can't make the 10:15am boarding time we strongly suggest you reserve an extra night with PT BOATS HQs and check in to the hotel on 6/25/08.
Price: $95.00 per person includes lunch.
FRIDAY TOUR, Friday, 6/27/08. Buffalo City tour highlights: Frank Lloyd Wright house and examples of other architects, Victorian neighborhoods, Frederick Olmsted Park, Theodore Roosevelt inaugural site, downtown sights, developing waterfront + Buffalo Navy & Military Park. Departs hotel 10:00am, approximately 2 hours. If there's any question you can't make the 10am boarding time we strongly suggest you reserve an extra night with PT BOATS HQs and check in to the hotel on 6/26/08.
Price: $80.00 per person includes lunch.
