Drawing DVD 1 ELCO -
Dick Washichek created this DVD containing ELCO Engineering Blueprints from six reels of archived microfilm from the National Archives. It contains 3500 images in "PDF" file format (Adobe Acrobat Reader - a free viewer from adobe.com). Contents include one reel of Elco 77 foot boats, while the other five reels contain the 80 foot boat.
The image quality varies from excellent to good to bad due to the Navy's microfilming job.

Drawing DVD 2 Higgins/Elco/Misc -
Dick Washichek created this DVD containing ELCO Engineering Blueprints and manuals from seven reels of archived microfilm loaned to him by Al Ross II. It contains thousands of images in "PDF" file format (Adobe Acrobat Reader - a free viewer from adobe.com). Contents include 78' Higgins, 70' Elco, Elco V-Drive, Elco PT810 and Packard Operating Manual.
The image quality varies from excellent to good to bad due to the Navy's microfilming job.
