- Assigned To: Pacific Fleet
- Postscript: The squadron was shaking down at Miami when war ended, and was never shipped to the Pacific.

- Commissioned: 17,September 1945 - LCDR James A. Danver USNR
- Decommissioned: 8,February 1946
- PT Boats: Elco 80' PT 613-622
- Assigned To: Pacific Fleet
- Postscript: The squadron was the only squadron commissioned after the end of the war, and was never shipped to the Pacific. PT 623 and 624 were originally assigned to this squadron, but the construction was halted and were never completed.

- PT Boats: Higgins 78' PT's 625-633
- Assigned To: Pacific Fleet
- Postscript: The squadron was decommissioned, with its boats to be transferred to the U.S.S.R. PT's 634 thru 636 were also originally assigned to the squadron, but had been place into service at the time of decommissioning.

Postscript: The squadron was never commissioned and boats were to be transferred to the U.S.S.R. PT's 773-784 (Elco 80') were originally scheduled for this squadron, but their construction contract was canceled.

- Commissioned: 20,February 1941 - LT (jg) John D. Bulkeley, USNR
- Decommissioned: 17, July 1941
- PT Boats: PTC's Elco 70' PTC's 1-12
- Assigned To: Testing and Shakedown
- Postscript: The squadron was abandoned because of failure to develop satisfactory sound gear to enable the boats to locate submarines. The British covered the boats to motor gunboats and designated them as MGB's 82-93.
