PT BOAT DATA List of PT Boats Ordered by U.S. Government Below is a list of all PT Boats contracted to be built, however not all boats were completed by wars end. Also included on the list are Vosper boats that were ordered by the U.S. Navy for the British and the USSR. The Vosper class boats were not used by the US Navy. This list contains a number of Elco 70 foot and some of the Elco 77 footers were reclassified and transferred to the British. In addition to the Vosper boats a number of Elco 80 foot and Higgins 78 foot boats were transferred to USSR during the war.
